What's happening. Amazing report Joseph, really looking forward to the monthly updates as it will be an effective way to track the vectors driving this transformation. Important work!

The solutions require intentional structural adaptation rather than reactive fear framing en masse but that's not how markets traditionally operate right?

When have we ever been adept at intentional structural adaptation? It’ll likely be as emergent as anything else, but faster. The fear’s natural, but people have choices here, and the sum of the choices locks in on whatever’s next. Might be worth people imagining best case scenarios alongside their worries.

SHシFT will exist to make structural adaptation less accidental.

It will give people a way to declare direction early before fear, metrics, or automation force reactive choices. Emergence is then guided by expressed human intent rather than inferred behaviour or institutional panic.

Sounds jolly handy all round - can I get help to build it? Nope.

Push on...

Wow this is a really impressive and thorough analysis, Joseph. I’ve been looking forward to reading what you’ve been studying. It helps to ground this seismic shift in data as opposed to subjective projections. Thanks for your work on this.

Thanks, Josh. There’s a lot of swirl right now, and the data helps me understand how best to help. I see brighter times ahead, but not just yet…
